We all have different ways of coping with stress. While Kitty’s method is one way, I’ve got another. JOIN US.

It is a proven fact that protesting is good for your health. Your outside, fresh air and sunshine, all good. Your meeting other like minded people and socializing. And most of all you are speaking up about the deterioration of democracy, and you are encouraging others to step up and speak out.

After a protest I always feel less stressed out and that I have done something to encourage others to join in. It’s going to take a lot of us to get our lawmakers to stand up and stop the abuses of power that are happening.

Saturday FEB 7th
